By purchasing or using any product from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions

All sales made through NOVA MARKET are considered final.
By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you understand and accept all terms listed below.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Eligible issues may receive:

• replacement
• account exchange
• product re-delivery

Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstance.

3. Product Warranty

Warranty periods vary depending on the purchased product.

Warranty durations:

• Spotify Premium → 7 days
• Minecraft Accounts → 7 days
• YouTube / Prime Video / Canva / CapCut Pro / ChatGPT / Apple Music accounts → 23 days
• Discord Nitro → 1 hour

Warranty only covers products that stop working during the specified warranty period.

4. Replacement Verification

To request a replacement for:

• Nitro Tokens
• Gemini Links
• Promo Codes
• Microsoft Codes

you must provide:

• a full screen recording
• showing the product arrival
• and proving the code/token was invalid upon delivery

Without valid proof, replacements will not be provided.

5. Account Usage Rules

Changing credentials of FA (full access) accounts immediately voids warranty and replacement eligibility.

No warranty is provided for:

• revokes
• mass disables
• provider-side bans
• external service terminations

If suppliers fail, scam, or disappear, NOVA MARKET is not responsible for refunds or replacements.

6. Payment Issues

If your PayPal account becomes limited, restricted, or blocked after purchase, we are not responsible and no refund/replacement will be provided.

If our own payment processors become limited or blocked, customers agree that purchases remain final.

7. Staff & Team Policy

If a staff member is removed or banned from the team:

• staff payments are non-refundable
• immunity packs become invalid after a second ban/removal

8. Suppliers Contacts

No warranty or guarantee is provided for any “Supplier Contact” products.

9. Acceptable Use

All products sold are intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.

Users are fully responsible for how purchased products are used.
NOVA MARKET is not responsible for:

• misuse
• illegal activities
• violations of third-party terms of service

10. Liability Disclaimer

If you are the owner of a service, brand, or content listed on our store and wish for it to be removed, you may contact us and we will review the request.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Continuing to use or purchase from the store means you accept the latest version of these terms.
