Refund Policy

REFUND SYSTEM — NOVA MARKET

All sales on NOVA MARKET are considered final.

Refunds are NOT provided under normal circumstances.
We only review replacement/refund requests if valid proof is provided.


Video Proof Requirement

Any refund or replacement request MUST include:

  • a complete uncut screen recording
  • showing the moment the product is received
  • and proving the issue before any interaction/modification

The video must:

  • start before opening the product
  • clearly show the purchase/order
  • show the issue in real time
  • be unedited

Screenshots alone are NOT accepted.


Invalid Claims

Refunds/replacements will be denied if:

  • no valid video proof is provided
  • the account/product was modified
  • credentials were changed
  • the customer caused the issue
  • the warranty period expired
  • the issue comes from revoke waves or supplier-side problems

Payment Disputes

Opening a PayPal dispute, chargeback, or crypto reversal attempt without contacting support first may result in:

  • permanent blacklist
  • service denial
  • Discord/server ban

Final Decision

NOVA MARKET reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund or replacement request.
